I like the 20th

    1. 20th. But I think that might be “nostalgia” for what I consider a very positive period for Xbox consoles.

2021 was a phenomenal year for Xbox. They finally started releasing a big line-up of games (MS Flight Sim, Psychonauts 2, Age of Empires IV, Forza Horizon 5, and Halo Infinite) and the future felt hopeful filled with what looked to be a promising line-up of exclusives (Starfield, Redfall, Fable, Forza Motorsport, As Dusk Falls, Perfect Dark, Everwild, Hellblade II, The Outer Worlds 2 – all, at the time, looked like an incredible set of games).

I feel much less hopeful this year. It feels so paradoxical to be celebrating 25 years of Xbox when Microsoft have never been further from what the original Xbox vision was.

    2. Hot take but I love the Xbox 25 logo.

The decade is also peak. But the 15-20 feel like they put no effort.

    3. Top left seems to be the last time they actually cared about Xbox. Everything else looks minimalistic and boring.

    4. I had the decade one forever i don’t even really know why, it took me till the series x came out to change it

    5. I thought the 25th logo looked too basic initially but now I’ve seen these four together I actually think it’s the best out of all of them.

    6. 10 and 25. 15 and 20 are boring and uninspiring. Like oh shit, I forgot there was homework due, let me slap something together last minute.

    7. 25!!! i can feel the og xbox in there and i can almost hear the electrical sound from when youd turn that bad boy on

I liked the 20th, but I really like the 25th! the 10 year was cool, too, 15 was the most boring IMO.

    9. The 20th Anniversary logo slaps. 🔥 It honestly just felt like a more hopeful time for the brand 5 years ago. That’s also around the time I jumped back into the ecosystem with my Series X after not owning an Xbox since the OG. I still use my 20th Anniversary controller + headset too. Microsoft has made it abundantly clear that they don’t give a fuck about hardware, and while the 2026 Xbox Game Studios games lineup is stacked this year, I wonder if they’ll at least drop some 25th Anniversary controllers or something?
