You can try to clean the potentiometers. I just did this at home with 1 controller that had drift and it fixed it no problem. Check YouTube for a tutorial. It’s pretty easy

If you have a steady hand and some extra money, you can easily solder and repair the sticks with new ones. Still cheaper than buying a new controller if you have soldering iron and solder already. Did it to a few of mine and held up perfectly fine since.
