Hi, just got an xbox one (I've been PS my whole life). So far the console has been working great, so has my Microsoft account, until I loaded up gta 4 (digital) and my login for Microsoft wasn't being accepted. This is slightly annoying because I can't save my game. Is this an issue others are having at the moment?

The only login issue I had when I got my 360 recently was caused by needing an app password. Once I logged in with that everything was fine.
You shouldn’t need to sign in the Xbox 360 emulator manually, it’s automatically mirrored from the host Xbox One.
If the mirroring didn’t work, you can’t use your real password in the 360, you set up an app password and use that instead.
Going by the post on r\Xbox and XboxSupport it seems to be problematic for several users recently.
In regards to the message: Do you use 2FA with your MS account? In that case you need to create an app password to log in. You can do this on [account.microsoft.com](http://account.microsoft.com) in the security / login section.
In case you don’t use 2FA with your MS the other part of the message is relevant: your password can’t be more than 16 characters. Stupid limitation, but that is the old 360 login design. You would need change your password in this case.
