My 2DS turns on and plays audio, but doesn’t display anything
the screen lights up but its not showing anything. my guess as to why its doing this is that somehow something internally got disconnected and stopped the screen from displaying anything. The touch screen also works

It’s the screen; the 2DS only has one screen. You just need to replace it without the digitizer, and that’s it.
