context — i bought 3 ada wong avatars (i bought the re4 ones on christmas day, and the re6 like last week i think?). the re6 one showed up on my ps but the re4 ones won’t show up. i tried contacting playstation support but didn’t do shit, i tried restoring licenses, and logging out and back in. how do i fix this? i’m on ps5 btw.
