Interesting how they are all roughly the same amount of time too.

Makes it seem less obvious that they might use some achievement hack or something

People do it to flex
Some actually get steam trading cards and sell em
iFury on
They use tools to unlock all achievements and change hours etc etc etc.
Im assuming they think it’s cool or some flex. IDK

Some people just do things because they can, some run up their game times to collect trading cards.
People can do what they want, only reason to call them out is if they try and brag about it, then you’re free to call them an obvious cheater.

Guys e-penis has existed for a very, very long time. This is just another “Flex” of it.

Scammers will often do it to make it look like they’re an avid player of CS (or any game with trading) so potential victims are more willing to trust them.

Would the hours be more related to farming Steam cards? Can’t say anything for the achievements. They’re probably doing it to farm Steam Awards for their profile when some 12yo looks at it and gives them an award for having a high Perfect Game count.

I only have 2 guesses:
Achievement hunting (some can be really hard to get I find)
Farming for trading cards

why do you care so much? it doesn’t effect your account.

Small pp syndrome and a need to compensate for it.

Card farmer, you’ll notice that most of the games they have lots of hours in don’t have MTX, which allows you to reset how many cards you can earn in relation to $ spent. Some use tools to artificially inflate their hours, like SAM (Steam Achievement Manager).

My best guess is: Numbers go bbrrrrrrr

So many braindead comments in this thread. It isn’t as deep as you think it is. Unlocking achievements and idling hours isn’t a flex and people do not do it to flex.
