So I recently started applying undervolt to my Gainward Phoenix-S RTX 5070 Ti because I heard that it can decreases your wattage and temperature while having no negative effect to the performance. And it worked, I can see that the temps and wattage dropped from the stock values.
So I played Stellar Blade, and for quite some time all's well, until sometimes when I'm going through a loading screen (for example when you go from Xion to The Wasteland) the game would sometimes crash to windows. But if I tried to do the same thing again after I restarted the game, it didn't crash.
Another example is this. I was at the atelier, ready to go to Spire 7. As soon as I finished talking with Adam, the game crashed. And then when I restarted the game, I went all the way until I defeated the final boss. Only after the end of the credits roll that I did crash.
So I'd like to ask to you people what caused this and what would the solution be? I tried a less aggressive undervolt, I even tried to reset the undervolt back to default value, and the crash would sometimes happen again. Any help and insights is appreciated, thanks.
