this model will have a broken hinge sooner or later anyway go get yourself the “new” version , there are deals cause of people that have no idea of the high prices on marketplace , i often see posts of “got this for 70bucks mint condition” , thats what i did checked my marketplace everyday , until i found a good deal , they usually are the same people that never modded their system  and sell them for a reasonable price , it might takes days weeks or months so be patient i waited 4 years for the right deal (cause i didnt have money at the time) after my og 3ds xl’s hinge decided to die (very common failure point on the system happens to all 3ds xl sooner or later as you use the system)
