I think you got a good base, but it is too cluttered all together. Remove everything unnecessary, and get a cable tray under your desk to remove this cable spaghetti underneath. On the right shelf, it looks like a separate shelf? It does not fit the desk or room aesthetic at ALL from the wooden color imho. I would remove it, and if you have the space on the right, perhaps consider a bigger desk that leaves room underneath.
Right now, this would already improve drastically. Would it be me, I would change the entire layout, but I gave you some good tips.
