Animal crossing refuses to update

Hello,

I'm a little stuck and confused as to why this particular title wont update.

I've tried downloading the update via Nintendo when launching the game, in-game menu, and a few other ways.

It apparently downloads but does not install.

Any help greatly appreciated thank you.
