Iberis' coding program being capable of rewriting Mother Sphere's code to save Lily's life, might make her the most intelligent of all Andro-Eidos. Could she have been made more closely in Mother Sphere's image? Did Mother Sphere try to eliminate Iberis by damaging her body cell without Lily knowing, theorizing she might be too intelligent for her own good and attempt to compromise the EVE Protocol? Lily then was able to keep Iberis in a coma state in a place that no one thought to look?
