I own multiple Nintendo 3DS consoles, but this one is my personal console. Everything on it represents what I’ve collected from my childhood, leading up to the Nintendo eShop’s closure in 2023. I’m proud of the digital library I’ve built! As my username suggests, I’m a huge Pokémon fan. For console customization, I naturally chose a Pokémon theme. The Pikachu and Eevee hard shell perfectly complements my Poké Ball decal. I also own a Poké Ball stylus that was included in a Pokémon Ultra Sun carrying case I purchased back in 2017. Midday Lycanroc is one of my favorite Pokémon, so I was thrilled to find a rubber keychain of him last year. I like to think of it as a good luck charm when I play games. Coincidentally, it matches my shiny Tapu Koko home screen theme, since Midday Lycanroc is featured on the bottom screen.

Now, let's dive into my game folders! Neatly arranging my downloaded games has always felt satisfying, and I fondly remember spending hours organizing everything. I created seven folders, each corresponding to a Pokémon generation. For example, the first folder features a Dragonite badge and contains Kanto Pokémon, while the second has a Tyranitar badge with Johto Pokémon, and so on. I thought stopping at seven folders was perfect since that’s the last generation on the 3DS. I’ve also prepared a list detailing what’s in each folder.

I know it can feel overwhelming to have so many games to choose from. I would be lying if I said I wasn't intimidated at first, haha… Fortunately, I enjoy fully completing the games I play, so this magical handheld will keep me entertained for a long time. I actually just finished playing Demon’s Crest a few days ago! It’s a pretty neat Metroidvania-style game. The music and atmosphere are among my favorite aspects of the title. I'm considering playing the two Gargoyle’s Quest games next.

I also have a secondary modded 3DS that is primarily themed around Zelda. Unfortunately, the paint on the bottom shell started peeling last year, so I had to remove it. I'm hoping to get a replacement later this year to decorate as extensively as my main console.
