Better screen never hurt anyone. I’d probably sell mine and buy the oled as long as it’s not over $300

As someone that upgraded from a Switch to a Switch OLED but also has a Portal. I think it is unnecessary for people that already own one.
Playing the LED switch I definitely noticed some personal issues with the brightness and picture quality, when I upgraded to the OLED it was a crazy difference. I don’t notice these issues with my Portal at all, it’s plenty bright, has good contrast and picture quality also. There is a big difference between a Switch being the only way to play whereas the Portal is like the “backup”/travel version of a playstation you already own
Depending on price difference it might be useful for someone who does not currently own a Portal.
