So i just got a new gaming laptop and for some reason every game i open on it through steam has these boxes on them. Does anybody know how to get rid of them?
If you shift-tab and find overlay settings on steam, you should be able to turn it off or just edit it while ingame. Otherwise, just find settings in steam

Do you have Discord installed? That looks like the outlines for the Discord overlay, not anything with Steam.
