I want to play Roblox but it keeps saying this and i’ve already went to the website but it’s saying i don’t even have perms to change anything…i just want to play roblox pls can someone tell me what to do (idk what community to go to sorry)

I havent seen this issue before, but If you’re in the UK you might need to verify your age. They’ve been sending warning messages that you’ll need to do some age verification thing soon to be able to communicate with strangers on xbox. Maybe that’s in force already and custom levels count under that umbrella.
