So I’m trying to clean up my computer and I was attempting to uninstall a couple of games my sibling had been playing on their account. I logged into mine to try and uninstall them but they wouldn’t show up installed. I tried to reinstall and then uninstall again, but the same results, the settings show it’s installed while steam says it’s not.

You can try Revo Uninstaller, it’s pretty good at cleaning up all the extra files and stubborn programs
That’s just Windows messing up. Check if the files are actually gone in the folder where it was installed.
