It was smashed on the ground in 2020 smth, maybe even 2019. Worked fine, I revisited my 3ds in late 2024, maybe early 2025 and worked fine. I wanted to play again and the top screen doesn't work anymore. It was glued together with superglue so that's why there's a small spot on the bottom right of the top screen. Why does the top screen not work?
Is it over or fixable?

Maybe worth mentioning, it’s a 3ds xl with pre-installed tomodachi life.
Also there does come light from under the screen because I can like open the upper part and there is light under that black thingy
Given the price of the console, I think it’s worth taking it to a repair shop. It’s clearly a disconnected ribbon cable or a faulty screen, but disassembly is too delicate to do yourself.
