Randomly started happening today, restarted my PC, reinstalled Steam and updated drivers but it still keeps happening, and it seems like only Steam is behaving this way
It is technically still functioning but it's very annoying lmao
Steam is installed on my Windows SSD and I have a 7800X3D and a 9070XT just in case it matters
