What are the best accessories for all these consoles?
Since 3DS consoles are getting more expensive, I want to take better care of these consoles. I was wondering what are the best accessories for these like:
The USB-C to DS charger was a gamechanger for me, got one on Amazon for $5.
I have a HORI hard case for my 2DS and it feels really sturdy (I have a red Animal Crossing one but I have seen a Pokemon one, a Mario one and some others around). Honestly any cases made by HORI are really nice, I have a couple of Switch cases they make and they’re very well made.
I personally like the clear snap-on cases for my new 3DS’s (although I hate the hinges, I feel like they still do a good job of keeping your console clean from hand grease/sweat and protected from scratches). I also really like my 2DS clear case on the back, I feel like it protects it pretty well.
I got tired of the tiny stylus that come with these consoles so I also have a couple of bigger stylus pens that are easier to hold. I added a wrist strap to them to make it a little more secure when you’re somewhere in public that may become a hassle if you drop the pen (like in an airplane where it might get stuck between seats).
IMO screen protectors are a must and they are super cheap to get as well.
The only thing I haven’t gotten yet but want to is a grip for my new 3DS.
Lastly, not needed/required but I love adding a personal touch to my handheld consoles… a little phone strap with a charm goes really well with any of these!!!
