    I can’t go online for some reason



    I tried to get on last night and earlier today and I can’t get online. Usually whenever I first turn my PS5 on, I can switch my status to online but now I don’t even have the option to switch it. If you’ve ever experienced this before please tell me how to fix it

      Usually related to internet connection when I have this issue, or the rare occasion psn is borked.

      Reset console, reset internet, try and relog. Check the app on your phone to make sure you’re not having account issues too.

      Usually a network or Internet issue, since the servers have been fine (AFAIK) I’d check your connection to rule that out. Hard reboot/power cycle is usually a way to fix a lot of issues too
