‘Ready to Start’ feature added to Xbox App

Just noticed games can now be launched while still downloading/installing on PC now. Pretty neat feature copied from the console. Looks like Microsoft is trying to get as many console like features moved over to the Xbox App. ^{Quick Resume soon plz}
