Anyone have an explanation as to why my screen is red?
I was going to play a game when all the sudden the screen just went red like this. It’s not my TV that’s the problem because everything else is fine with it except for the red tint on my Xbox.
it can be something like mine where the controller is sending a signal to the Xbox trying to do a screen capture, it turns my screen a reddish brown. I reset the controller by powering it off then on, it fixes it and a error message says the console failed to take a screen capture.

Unplug and replug both ends of the HDMI.
