When I bought Red Orchestra 2 back in 2016 I got 3 of these and I never bothered to use them, however this is the only game that has given me one of these, is it game dependent? And if I bought Red Orchestra 2 today would I get them again?

And also since we are on topic of Red Orchestra, for some reason I have a game called Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 under the “tools” section in my steam library, but when i click the store page for it it doesnt exist, and when I search for the Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 on steam store page it shows that I dont own it, so are there 2 different Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45?
Im not sure if its still the same but I think the only ones now are the co-op multiplayer games. [Dont Starve Together](https://store.steampowered.com/app/322330/Dont_Starve_Together/) comes to mind
Theres also the friend pass games but I think they might work differently.
I have guest passes for Killing Floor and Counter-Strike: Source in my inventory.
