Possible Microsoft x Steam Integration?

I feel like I have to share this with yall because this could be major news, or just a major bug. Please read? I own P4G on Steam, and only Steam. However, today I got into the Microsoft Store on my Xbox One X and went looking at some Persona games I was thinking of getting on it. I opened the page for P4G even though I already own it out of curiosity of the reviews, but for some strange reason the game said “Install – You Can Play This” when I don’t own the game? Could this be a potential Microsoft x Steam integration or a massive bug? I then installed it and it actually let me play, despite me never buying it on this storefront. I am so confused but am so excited if this confirms Steam integration on Xbox. This is the only Steam game that does this though, and I don’t own any other SEGA games through Steam to confirm if this is a SEGA thing. And before yall ask, no I don’t have gamepass. The first image shows my Xbox and the second shows my PC so yall can see that I own P4G through steam only. The third one shows the game running on Xbox (without ever purchasing it 😮🤯?) Have any of yall seen something like this before?
