It’s in the notifications section of the settings menu. Can’t remember off the top of my head what exactly it’s called, but it’s in there.

It’s in the “Interface” tab in the settings. Disable the last option in the list, “Notify me about additions or changes to my games, new releases, and upcoming releases”.
