I want to clean up some space on my 3DS by deleting programs I don’t need. I could go to the settings and do it, but it takes a long time. Is there a homebrew app that does it quicker?
i mean, is it really that slow? It takes just a few seconds to delete an app. The only problem I have is the sluggishness of the settings app.

FBI can do this (delete title and ticket). Whether you should do that or not is up for debate. It has worked fine for me when I’ve used it but the safest way is definitely through the settings app.
If you DO use FBI do not delete anything from NAND, and nothing where you’re unsure what it is.
