With RE9 just around the corner I wanted to replay some old RE games and I no longer have access to the remake. I bought it in 2015 and I’m just confused because nothing like this has ever happened before. When I go to my library it’s locked with the ps plus symbol as I no longer have the service but like I said I OWN the game already. I can go to the store and buy it again but I’m not buying something I already purchased 11 years ago. I got in contact with support and it’s been “escalated to a higher department”. I’m just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with anything like this?

click the … and choose the correct version. the version on your screen is from ps+
that literally happened me with gta and the playstation support told me buying the game doesn’t mean i own it
Go through your purchases in your online purchase history and prove you owned it. I bet 100% chance you played it at one time free as part of ps plus and just thought you’d owned it but never did. Or clip those “…” dots , your owned version will be there.
Yeah man sounds like you didn’t buy it. Especially if it has a Ps plus logo on it.
