I think the concept of “postponing” is quite relative, given that those who were talking about 2027 as a release date were just rumors, nothing official. In any case, it would be a wise choice to make room for GTA, GOW, Wolverine, John Wick, and Intergalactic without having 200 remastered versions or dual PS5-PS6 versions.
the ps5 is still a great generation and the pro just came out with plenty of time to prove its worth

Literally no one is saying no. Do what u need to do and just make sure Ps6 has sufficient RAM and specs for it not to feel outdated by the time it comes out and to last the same amount of time as Ps5 did.
