Hello I just recently got Gears of war 1-3 original and I haven’t been able to sign into Xbox live and every time I try it just says the message in the picture (evidence is Gears of war 2) any idea how to fix this? I have restarted my Xbox 3 times and nothing works

You need Xbox live gold
Do you have an active Game Pass subscription on that account?
Do you pay for live? If it’s not still called Live Gold on the 360 it should be called Essential.
if you have two-step verification enabled, you must generate an “app password” from your Microsoft account security page to use instead. If the password fails, download your profile again or use the online password reset tool.
