      He isn’t wrong but I still feel like $500 would’ve been more appropriate?

      I spent so many hours playing Resistance and CoD 4 on that thing. BioShock and Killzone too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

      Uncharted 2, at the time I remember thinking it was the best action adventure movie I had ever seen but I also got to play it and it was 10 hours long.

      I love the ps3, and the Phat George Foreman Grill one had so many features. But at 600 usd in 2006 at launch? No

      The ps3 didn’t hit its stride till 2009 with the price cut, slim model, more exclusives like Uncharted 2 and GOW III, and the Kevin Butler marketing campaign.

      It could do a lot of cool things for the time, but your average joe customer didn’t use all of them. And the value proposition compared to the 360 and Wii who were both white hot in 2006, was just not there.

      But to answer op’s question definitely God of War III. It had an amazing story to cap off the trilogy, and it was high octane gameplay mixed with top quality presentation. Still to this day the fight against Cronos is one of the most impressive set pieces in all of gaming.

      I’m only playing it now via remaster, but Ni No Kuni WotWW.

      Fun JRPG that oozes charm with some pokemon elements.

      Considering the original ps2 launched for $300 with less features, and worse graphics, I’d say 5-600 was a good price for the ps3

      Until you start playing anything, GTA IV runs like ass and looks like someone smeared a tub of Vaseline over the screen and said “yeah that’ll do”.

      PS3 was amazing. Everyone loves PS2 but 3 was so much better imo. Dark Souls, Demons Souls, Uncharted 1, 2 and 3, Red Dead Redemption, TLOU, Bio Shock 1 and 2, GTA 4, Journey, GoW3, Mass Effect, Batman and so on. PS3 was STACKED!!!!

      I have a few that I loved playing on my PS3. Dark Souls, The Last of Us, Bioshock, inFAMOUS, Dead Space 2 and GTA V are games that made my short period with a PS3 memorable.

      so many great games, but the first one that comes to mind is Enslaved. Great experience all the way around with the exception of never getting it’s planned sequels

      Ufc Undisputed 3 playing with friends before going party.. nowadays no good Ufc title anymore and no party as I am old ))

      Those PS3 Assassins Creed games were the best. Also, $600 was insane when this dropped. This guy is looking at things through a modern day lens.
