I have a Steam family library, and I want to allow the child account to find and buy their own games, so I didn't want to lock them to only games I approve. I saw that on mobile (I can't find it for PC), I have the option to allow or disallow specific games even when I don't have their library locked. However, I learned today that the games that I have disallowed like this still show up on their computer just fine. Is this toggle bugged? Is there a way I can do the same or similar effect in a different menu?
