    Gf bought me Ghost of Yotei and there’s no disc :(



    She got me this for Valentine’s Day from Walmart and the game came completely sealed in the basic plastic wrap and there’s just deadass no disc in it. Bruhhhhh wtf this is so lame.

      Let us know if you achieved success. I would have been too excited, and can’t assume someone would package an empty game….

      That sucks. Someone most likely bought it took the disk out and resealed it and returned it. Crazy they didn’t put a blanck CD in there at least. Some people really suck. Hopefully Walmart can do the right thing and give you another copy.

      Really weird. Got no luck but a pretty unique item.. sealed with no disc inside.

      If they give you back the money that mean every one can take back theeir empty box and get a free game haha.

      Ur prolly screwed. Its gonna be hard for them to believe you. Im sure if u make it a big enough fuss theyll do an exchange but after u make a big scene.

      I think the only game I have physical for PS5 is the copy of forbidden West I got with it… But does that case look weirdly not blue enough to anyone else?

      That’s why I always open my games at the register. Yeah I get funny looks. But they have literally swapped them with cd,s with a sticker before. Normally this happens in the warehouses, im assuming. Cheek disc and make sure it’s got the PlayStation holographic on the inner ring.

      I always open the game at the store to make sure it’s not a key card and the disc is in it because if it’s not, I’m instantly returning it.

      I would have called the same day to let them know. Unless gf bought it a couple days before valentines and opened it after a couple days of being bought. Either way, if this happened to me I’ll still go and bitch a little about it. Most of the time they’re for the customer so they should atleast give you a refund or another one half off on their mistake.

      you can bring it with receipt and tell Walmart. i’m sure you can exchange for another. but has to be same game. I can confirm this.

      I’ll never forget the day my best friend and I rented CoD BO2 from Red Box to play zombies and the disc was a piece of printed paper with the bar codes in the right place to make it work for someone to keep the disc. We were more impressed than upset lol.

      Update: Sony was very nice with their support and told me they couldn’t help me and to try WAL-MART.
      Walmart looked at me like I was dumb and told me to F off

      Actually the dumbest thing to happen to me ever this sucks

      This happened to me back in the PlayStation 2 days. I bought a game from Walmart and was missing the disc. I took it back and explained to them and even had them open the replacement disc in front of me so I could be sure it had a disc. That was a long time ago but they still might exchange it for you.
