I may be incorrect but I remember way back it was stated that SSBU would be the last smash game so I don’t think the chances are high that it’s coming within the newest console generation at least 😔

As much as I’d want a new Smash game I think it might be best if Ultimate was the last entry. There’s no way the could license all the characters again and I think a new game without the crazy roster would feel a bit empty.
