Strange white flickering on almost everything when moving camera, pc steam

Seems to only have started as i got to the area after the train, ive tried every graphic setting and dlss option, turning gsync on and off, updated drivers, nothing has helped. Verified files too

Anyone know how to fix this? Its driving me crazy

I guess i can try and live with it and hope it clears but it gives me a headache lol
