I have a Japanese modded 3DS. However, a lot of the games I have downloaded onto it are region based in Europe. ACNL wants me to accept the 'Sportspass agreement' that's in settings. When I try to find it, the option to accept it is not there, and only the option to view the agreement. Is this because the softwares region is different from the hardwares region… or is it because the Nintendo Online services are down. I've created the n online (?) account for it (since it didn't have one), but that didn't seem to help the issue either. If somebody has an explanation/tips for this, please let me know! (I do have Pretendo, and going to an island has worked on my previous modded 3DS that was from my country.)
