I am soo happy that Fire red/Leaf green are coming back. But please hear my story out…

It was my first ever pokemon game. I was 10-11 i think, from India(where still no nintendo presence here). I played it first on a samsung galaxy phone on jellybean (Android 4.0 i think). there was some emulator called myboy on playstore. I loved it soo much that i replayed it 100s of times (literally). I had no healing runs, shiny only runs, no grinding runs and lot more. I played it until 2015 (that's 11 years since it's launch), I also played almost every mod at that time. So It delights me that it is coming back. I don't care what everybody thinks of the pricing tbh. I played a lot of games in my childhood and this is the time for me to give back to the devs. That's the reason i own a swicth and switch 2 even though i have little time to play and only two franchices i play are pokemon and fire emblem (another similar rpg that bought me joy). And I love the fact that they announced it as a standalone purchase and not tied to NSO, as i don't like to upgrade to a super expensive annual premium just for a single game that i like.
Honestly, even though i bought every game launched by pokemon on switch till date, the combine amount of time i spent playing all the games is far less compared to what i spend on this master piece. So, my 20$ on this is far more justified than 500$ on all the switch exclusives. let me also tell you i have to buy 20$ gift cards at around 22$ here due to exchange rate and that shoud mean some thing.
