Is this case too tight when I add my earphones?

slide 1 and 2 shows how the case sits and zips without my earphones inside.

slide 4 and 5 shows how the case sits and zips with the earphones inside.

it doesn't make any noise like creaking when zipping with the earphones in but it looks a bit bulky. it still zips but i'm not sure if the earphones are adding unnecessary pressure that may negatively affect the 3ds. appreciate any advice, thank you!
