hotlovergirl69 on February 23, 2026 8:44 pm The PS4 version runs quite well and stable on PS5. There is this at least.
WorthBase919 on February 23, 2026 8:44 pm Sorry the internet can’t decide if they want remasters that people buy or if they want new IP so they can watch YouTubers complain about it.
drumjolter01 on February 23, 2026 8:45 pm Agreed, been hoping for years. With Bluepoint closed, probably never. 🙁
Tolsey on February 23, 2026 8:46 pm The PS4 version looks awesome on PS5. A resolution bump would be nice, but IMO not worth the re-release.
andrey_not_the_goat on February 23, 2026 8:46 pm Maybe SIE will let one of their current studios work on a remaster with help from devs of the recently disbanded Bluepoint. That’s all cope of course, but I am certain that the majority of the Bluepoint devs are not working for the remainder of Sony-owned studios.
Immolation_E on February 23, 2026 8:50 pm Not gonna happen. The studio they would have used to do that is the one they closed last week.
CJ_Henn on February 23, 2026 8:51 pm No youre not 😁 https://preview.redd.it/vuuiv3aj4blg1.png?width=1876&format=png&auto=webp&s=6ceb28e4801b2b6717c488881ec54264542d14d7
Ertaus on February 23, 2026 8:52 pm there are many games PS3 not playable on PS4/PS5 to be remastered before this one to be honest
Filmmagician on February 23, 2026 8:56 pm I mean, this company is closing down, so yeah. But the PS4 version runs great on a PS5
squallsama on February 23, 2026 8:56 pm Maybe it’s better to have ICO available on PS4/PS5 instead of another release of shadow of the colossal (which is already available on PS4/ps5)
rxester on February 23, 2026 8:57 pm No need for a remake of a game that’s already a masterpiece. I have the it on my ps4 and it runs great and looks beautiful already there.
drzero3 on February 23, 2026 8:57 pm There’s the original. There’s the HD remaster. And then there’s the faithful remake that’s still available.
tarchival-sage on February 23, 2026 8:59 pm We just got TLOU remastered for the 12th time. What else do you want?
FalseVeterinarian881 on February 23, 2026 9:01 pm TOO LITTLE!!! Why does ICO get so overlooked?? I loved SotC…but ICO deserves better too!

Yes we need them to Remaster the Remasters!
Just needs better controls.
