DEMONSTRATION OF THE ISSUE:
With game running: LAG
I have a PC running Windows 11 with a 5800x3D and a 4080 Super. Big picture runs perfectly fine until I open literally any game, and then it becomes a laggy mess. The settings I've toggled so far:
Disable GPU Blocklist (On)
Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (On)
Enable hardware video decoding (On)
GPU preference set to high performance for Steam Clieny WebHelper in Windows System > Display > Graphics
What other options do I have here?
