Are you able to plug the charger all the way in? It looks like something might be blocking the port, the cable doesn’t look all the way in.

That cable looks like it is not going in all the way. Check the charging port if there is dust or fluff that is preventing it from fully connecting

It has to be pushed all the way in but do not force it if it feels like something is blocking the way. Check the port first to make sure nothing is bent or in the way

Looks to me that the charger is a cheap knock off. I had one of these and the connecter was too long for some reason and looked like it was not inserted all the way. I returned it back to the gameshop that sold it and they replaced it with an OEM one.
