I bought a ps5 about half a year ago. it keeps crashing and shutting down so I sent it's to Sony for repair. after not getting any update I started Calling and found out it got lost somewhere. eventually they found it and I got it back after about six weeks. now that I got it back it won't turn on at all and a local repair shop found out there is liquid metal inside of it. Sony is asking me to send it back again. but I would rather not seen the previous experience. what can I do?!
