The completionist showcase should either say "n perfect games displayed" or just the actual amount that i have in my library. In my case it's not thaaaat bad because I haven't 100%-ed that many games yet but it's really subtly annoying and it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to fix…

I think it’s fine and working as intended.
It’s because one of the games you finished has it’s profile features limited.

On the Unsorted horror store page it says something with limited profile functions. That means it may not show up in these show cases and in statistics.
