I never owned the original 3Ds but my little sis did have one and I would always switch from my psp to her 3Ds and when they dropped the 2Ds with Mario Kart 7 I had to buy instantly and I missed owning that and playing on it. Last week I saw this XY model and had to buy, tho there are some issues with the L/R buttons as you have to apply some pressure for them to register and the same with the Right D pad but you can still enjoy the experience
