So then assuming all other tickets are present, the only 2 Pokemon not in Gen 3 games are Celebii and Jirachi.
They still did mystery gift Pokemon back then, and Jirachi was on the bonus disc for Colosseum, so maybe they mystery gift Jirachi for R/S and Celebii for Emerald after you beat the Elite Four?

This is great news. I injected the Deoxys event into my LG copy a few years ago and hunted that, but since then sold the cartridge and forgot to transfer it. Will be great to hunt all 3 events and reclaim Deoxys! It’s one of the coolest Gen 3 hunts imo.

Finally, deoxys can be shiny BUT, its a horrible experience with the odds of 1/8000.
