Just got this game on PC and was happy with the performance/framerate until I got out of the opening. Immediately hit with a constant stutter every ~1.75 seconds or so. This isn't traversal stutter, as it's perfectly consistent even when AFK with zero camera input/movement.
Tried the ultimate engine tweaks mod on Nexus, zero changes
Settings are maxed out (other than textures on Very High), tried with or without DLSS, with or without FG, no changes.
Specs are 5070ti, 12700k, 32gb ram.
Any advice? It's unplayable at this point

The game does weird stuff. I have a thing where sometimes when I fast travel I get stutters after, it usually happens when somethings load in faster before others. I also noticed some off the wall bugs with the VRAM.
For my issue I can always fix it by fast travel (especially out of the zone into another zone) or by resetting.
Try capping the frame rate to like 120 unlocked fps had issues on ps5 idk if that is also true on pc but it’s worth a shot
what game are you trying to play and most games that are not vr native can’t be run at high or max settings
