Bought mine for MSRP beat it and then sold it locally to another collector for 5$ off. Game was good but 2nd act when Leon hits a certain city it really fell flat. IMO
That’s what we pay here in Canada at retail, if it’s lower for you, just wait until a restock.

In Europe in a lot if stores it’s sold out.
