How does it work exactly? Looks like they are already shipping you the Pro before they even received your trade in?
I’m actually looking into trading in my PS5 in the next few weeks as well for a Pro. So this is relevant to my interests!

That’s because you traded your 2 or more controllers too. You didn’t mention that in the original post. Only PS5 standard trade in value is only $264 which is the price of an escort for half an hour.
