I've been taking my New Nintendo 3DS apart and been searching for a way to fix him. After i took off the board under main buttons I found this tape stuck to the LED-lights and i wonder if i can take it off without issue.
And maybe it has something to do with my Nintendo having a black screen. Note: He showed me the normal turning off screen, when I turned him off the first time after his first turn on after years. The second time I turned on and off he has not shown me the turn off screen, so I think that there could be something loose, but could it be something else too?

Probably the speaker flex cable, that double sided tape is normal mine had it too, i just removed it, it doesnt matter, maybe its for diffusing the light better idk.
