Fire emblem fates

I’m playing Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest. I got to this point in the story where I have to choose between two paths and the game says the data for one path is not on the system. Given that the Eshop is down I wanted to ask if there’s still a way I can get it. Thanks for reading
