One is the original 2013 version and another one is 2026 rerelease. They gave it for free to all original owners. It should be obvious once you see their names.

They added a new version last month, and gave it away free to all existing owners of the 2013 version.
The new version has improved controller support, (slightly) improved graphics, cheat codes, and Steam Trading Cards.

Because one is the 2013 version and the other is the “normal” version, I really don’t know the difference.
